WELCOME TO EGG AND SPOON LACROSSE

Egg and Spoon Lacrosse was founded in 2000, in Seattle Washington, by Jack Visco, Ryan Painter and Dejon Hush, to provide players a chance to play lacrosse during the summer.
Directors Coach Visco and Coach Hush offer camps in the greater Seattle area, including Bainbridge, Central Seattle, Shoreline, North Shore and Kirkland. As Egg and Spoon has grown and expanded over the past twenty+ years, our vision has remained consistent: to build young player’s confidence, while improving on proficiency, in a fun and rewarding atmosphere.
At Egg and Spoon Lacrosse camps players of all positions and skill levels have an opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches and players in the Northwest. Many coaches were former campers themselves, who now play at the Division 1, 2, and 3 College levels.

Honoring
the Game
Lacrosse is America's oldest team sport, dating back to 1100 A.D. It was created by the Haudenosaunee Indigenous peoples, in what now is New York and areas in Canada bordering the state. Among other things, the game was used to "heal" divisions between trading nations at war.
Join us in honoring, and growing, the "fastest game on two feet"!

Our Commitment toEquity and Access
At Egg and Spoon Lacrosse, we are deeply committed to making lacrosse, in the greater Seattle area, accessible to groups who have a history of being marginalized in this sport we love so much. As part of our ongoing work, we provide, in partnership with NW People of Color Coaching Collective, free lacrosse opportunities for youth in communities of color throughout the year, including TryLax Clinics, recruitment to club teams, ect.
Because we know that cost, gear, and transportation are the main barriers for participating in camp, we offer loaner gear, help with coordinating transportation as needed, and, yearly, increasing the amount of financial aid available.
